Our team boasts extensive expertise in Wayfinding. Founded in Holland by Ralph, whose cross-disciplinary research in Architecture, Mathematics, and Cognitive Psychology has paved the way for this innovative technology in wayfinding design.
Michelle brings invaluable insight, drawing from 15 years + in the sign industry and her extensive work with the NHS, where she tackled numerous wayfinding challenges in healthcare. This experience led her to realise the limitations of traditional physical signs in today’s complex environments.
Shae and Luc, seasoned signwriters, have collaborated with major corporations and universities, crafting effective wayfinding strategies.

Ralph, the Founder of Eyedog (WiseNav in Australasia) and technical advisor for all projects, brings invaluable expertise to the team. Based in Holland, he also manages out-of-hours support and oversees agile updates for our clients. With his strong leadership and technical acumen, Ralph ensures that EyeDog delivers exceptional service and continuous innovation to our clients worldwide.

As the CEO of WiseNav New Zealand & Australia, Shae leads with a passion for technology and problem-solving. With a keen eye for detail, he oversees all projects, ensuring they are meticulously managed and completed to perfection, on time, every time. Shae’s dedication ensures that WiseNav delivers exceptional solutions that exceed client expectations.
